This is the final version of the in-kernel devices support for kvm.
Series do not yet include any switch to disable it. But I had that
last patch floating around, and as soon as we set up on the best
method to do it (special machine, cmd line switch, whatever), I can
resend.
I believe this model provides really ellegant devices, and it is
much easier to understand than previous code.
