[Qemu-devel] [PATCH 0/3] Man page improvements

I was pointed to some places in the qemu man page where we have things like
"file=file", with the placeholder "file" looking exactly the same as the option
string "file". So I decided to go through it and mark all placeholders as such.
While at it, I found that the msmouse description is in the wrong place.
