HP-UX runs on IA-64 and PA-RISC [1], neither of which is emulated by
QEMU, so unfortunately the answer is no.

I made a start on PA-RISC emulation, but there's a lot more work needed
before it will run HP-UX.

KVM is being ported to IA-64, but that requires an IA-64 host.
