[Qemu-devel] current snapshot and MacOS X

The current snapshot of QEmu does not compile with MacOS X, because the symbol 
ENOMEDIUM is undefined.

And there should be a hint that the gcc compiler has to be switched from 4.0.1 
to 3.3 via gcc_select (see 
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Darwin/Reference/Manpages/man8/gcc_select.8.html)
