Hello,

this patch adds the possibility to add a second bootdevice ( -boot [a| 
c|d|n][,[a|c|d]] ). Default setting is c,d. With this setting a pc  
tries to boot from harddisk first - if no OS is found - it boots from  
CD-ROM.
So no hassle with argument changing while installing to a new image :)

Tested on OS X 10.4.9.
