I'm getting this too - in my case it's SPF verification:

Received-SPF: fail (google.com: domain of address@hidden does not          
designate 66.102.15.83 as permitted sender)                                     

The nongnu.org list server software is sending the mail out with the original 
sender for SPF verification, and since I haven't listed nongnu.org's mail 
server as a permitted source for my mail, it's being rejected.

I don't think the fault is with Google, more likely the fault is with 
nongnu.org.
