You need to make a new CD:
copy contents of cd to new directory
edit the isolinux/isolinux.cfg and add " ks=floppy" on the end of
the first "append" line
create new CD from your new copy:
mkisofs -o new.iso \
-b isolinux/isolinux.bin \
-c isolinux/boot.cat \
-no-emul-boot \
-boot-load-size 4 \
-boot-info-table \
directory-that-contains-cd-copy
