[Qemu-devel] Solaris9 x86 screenshot/report

Hello,

as you can see on http://mico.org/~karel/solaris-qemu1.png solaris runs
quite happily inside Qemu (CVS tree from the monday this week)

There are few problems which I've found:

1) keyboard keys repeat: sometimes it's quite hard to enter anything,
since auto-repeat is switched on very quickly and so you can end for
example with ``mmmmmmmmmmooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnttttt''
instead of ``mount'' entered -- that's mainly happening under the Solaris
text console.

2) CDE instability: it's really hard to find dtwm stable and make such
screenshot I've done above. Maybe the problem is related to my host WM
(WindowMaker) and my quick switching between virtual consoles (several
times I've seen dtwm just crash right after the switch to Qemu's console)

3) floppy: I'm Solaris newbie and I would really appreciate any help with
mounting floppy under this OS. Sorry, volcheck doesn't work for me... I
need this to get NIC's driver to the Solaris image...(is Qemu's floppy
support working well for you under different OSes?)
