Subject: [Qemu-block] [PATCH v5 3/8] vmdk: Rename get_cluster_offset() to vmdk_get_cluster_offset()

Rename the existing get_cluster_offset() to vmdk_get_cluster_offset()
and update name in all the callers accordingly.
