When you try to download pspp 4 windows you get a 64 bit version from 
2017 09 09 as latest version at 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/ .

I want to install PSPP on a 32-bit windows pc. Is there a 32 bit version 
of the 4th Nov 2018 version that runs on windows ?
