Re: syntax error in FREQUENCIES with format LIMIT

Thanks for the bug report!  I discovered that this feature had been
inadvertently removed when we were changing the implementation of
FREQUENCIES.  I fixed the problem and added a test to make it harder for
it to disappear again.
