Hi Holger,You should give a more precise description of the LimeSurvey data file so that we can help you.
Which is the format of the LimeSurvey date file ?In PSPP the data file that you get when you save is a .sav format like any other SPSS data file. As far as I know SPSS maintained the sav format since longtime. So, where do you get the info that the SPSS file is a SPSS 16 version ?
What do you see when you open the data file in Notepad to read the file header ?

I'd like to use PSPP to analyze the resulting data - as I've done before. However, I can't seem to manage to convert the LimeSurvey export files (SPSS 16+ format), into a functioning .spv file. But strangely enough, I don't get any error messages when I execute the syntax file (.sps), the output file looks fine to my eyes - but the data set window of pspp appears empty. So, no error messages, but no data either - and no .spv file I could save.PSPP has no support for reading or writing .spv files. _______________________________________________ Pspp-users mailing list address@hidden https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/pspp-users
