Lf Galvao, The PPA is outdated, which is the latest version of PSPP 0.7.10 and does not consider the last 2 stable versions 0.8 and 0.8.1.

The installer for OS X 10.9 Mavericks just finished:
http://lavergne.gotdns.org/projects/pspp/

This installer does not install an application bundle due to `makeicns` not compiling on 10.9, so there's no application icon to click unless you upgraded to 10.9 with a previous PSPP installation.
