Say that answer because I'm using version psppire 0.8.0-gd7ab35 from the daily snapshot (in Debian) a few days ago, and it works perfectly.
I tried the latest release candidate of pspp4windows a virtural machine with windows xp, and icons of the toolbar were missing.
With about stable, I meant psppp4windows certain constructions are built based on the stable version of git repositories.2013/8/30 Harry Thijssen <address@hidden>PS I am the one who builds the MSWindows ports.Have funHiAll MSWindows builds are based on the master version and can have errors. So there is no stable version for MSWindows. The difference is that the newer versions should include the new art work but this seems not to work at the moment.
I don´t understand why this should work for GNU/Linux and not for MSWindow.Did anybody try it with a GNU/Linux build of the last few dates?

I can not give more details, as I have tried the release candidate versions of pspp4windows in a virtual machine. However, the stable version of pspp4windows works perfectly.
Apparently the release candidate versions of pspp4windows are based on daily snapshots of the PSPP master branch git repositories (and therefore may have errors).
Download and try the stable version. http://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/2013-07-24/
If you want more details, would have to await the response of the developer who built the Windows versions of PSPP.
