Anyway, it looks like your problem is that this file has some really wierd line 
endings.
The first line ends with a conventional line feed, but all subsequent ones end 
with carriage return 
(without a line feed).  Did you start editing it with unix and then move it to 
a Mac or something?

Anyway, after I replaced every instance of ^M with ^J and it worked fine.
