Dear All
Can anyone suggest how to import data from Excell without modifying it and
also any easy way to make graphs-these would be very welcome for students
Excel documents, cannot directly be imported. However, it's possible to
export from excel into various formats that PSPP will recognise. Instead
of excel I would recommend that your students use either Gnumeric or
LibreOffice for spreadsheet work. PSPP can directly import both these formats,
and they are free software.
Graphs are generated by the EXAMINE, FREQUENCIES, ROC and FACTOR commands.
Exactly which is appropriate for your needs depends, of course, on what
you are investigating.
