Thanks for the reports.
I could trace the origin back until between 2011-09-02 and 2011-10-2.
There is no fix for it yet.
A work around is installing the 2011-09-02 version. Download it from
pspp-awardspace.com. Before installing, remove the complete PSPP
directory from C:\Program files.
