If you wanted to write up something to provide something like
"PSPP mode" for Vim, then I'm sure we'd be happy to include it
with PSPP as well. I assume that the reason that we have an
Emacs mode for PSPP, but not a Vim mode, is because the PSPP
developers use Emacs, not Vim.
