[Protux-devel] QThreads

This is just to remember that since 0.15.6 qt-mt (or any form of QThread 
support) is required for protux compilation.

I am not sure if ALL qt 2.x libraries lacks qt-mt, but if this is the case, 
please consider the usage of qt 2 libraries as depracted for protux/libmustux

Ps -Tapio, if there is some kind of --disable-qthreads option, please remove 
it, it must be always enabled
