Allright...I have to update admin/* files. Those are acctually copied from kdevelop project, but I just figured out that I were using kdevelop for qt 2.x.
Meanwhile...If 'libtoolize' and 'make -f admin/Makefile.common' went thru fine then you may try './configure' with '--with-qt-dir=DIR' flag.
