.xml and .plf files are the same, just the extension changed to make
it easier to associate the file-exension in a filemanager. .xml is the
file extension used in 0.6, .plf might be used in 0.6.1.

Pingus is build out of 'Screen's which then in turn can use GUI
components, thus 'GUIScreen's (ie. a screen with a GUIManager).
'StartScreen' is a 'GUIScreen'. StartScreenComponent is a GUI
component that represents the background of the StartScreen,
'StartScreenOkButton' and the other components used in StartScreen
represents the 'Ok' and chancel buttons.
