Ok, I know that, but you know, laziness ... :-)

So to answer the question, I don't know any syncml plugin to hotsync, but a
palm native program and a connection to your internal network would do the
trick.

Any syncml client should work with sync4j, I don't know any which is free, but
synthesis has a cheap one (20 euros approx)
