you will not miss anything, convert_to_phpgwapi was only necessary for
some upgrade from an old version of sitemgr which stored categories in
a different way than is the case now, since you did a fresh install,
it is not necessary for you. There is a bug in the way sitemgr
determines if this upgrade is necessary. I found a solution, and
proposed it to Patric. It will be in CVS soon.
