Hi,

first: phpGw is an excellent piece of software!

I set it up last week at the office, but I failed setting up two important
things and I wonder if it's because this functionality doesn't exist or if I do
something wrong or if there's a bug.

RedHat7.2, Apache 1.3.22, mod_ssl-2.8.5, openssl-0.9.6b, PHP 4.0.6 and patch
rfc1867.c.diff-4.0.6, imap-2001a. Almost forgot to write that phpGw is
0.9.14.RC2.

PHP configure command line looks like this:
./configure --with-apxs=/my-path-to-apache/bin/apxs
--with-config-file-path=/my-path-to-apache/conf --with-mysql
--enable-track-vars --with-imap-ssl=../imap-2001a/ --with-imap=../imap-2001a/
--with-openssl

First of all: When a user logs in, I would like the system to verify via the
mailsystem that the user exists, so I don't have to set up all users on our
domain.
If the user have a mailbox, then he's OK. phpGw would ask our mailserver (via
IMAPS) and if it's OK, a new user account should be created.

Second: When a new user is created, how do I turn off the default-setting for
the "site configuration" tool (the topmost icon)? If all users have access to
that application
they can remove users or change settings for other users etc. It should only be
users in the admin group that should have that possibility.

Cheers, and keep going, You guys create good stuff!
