wcm/website will be the sample display code.  Everything inside wcm/website
could/should be moved to the DocumentRoot (apache), or to some appropriate
subdir.

This could also be used as a staging area to test site changes prior
to commit.

frame.tpl provides for a framing table that contains top, bottom, left, mid,
and  right sections.  Within each of these sections, elements may be
placed (tables, etc.).

index.php inside wcm/website provides for an anonymous login using
user/pass anonymous/anonymous1. You will need to add a user for this.

main.php is a sample of how we might parse the frame template, and
eventually the header and footer and content from a real site.
