Group 3 1D is complete. Extension to G32D and G4 should be straightforward. 
Some testing has been done, but more is needed. Also refactoring the source 
would be nice.

The decoder is based on Frank Cringle's one in TIFF library. Encoder is also 
based on TIFF.
