   Thanks jemarch. Let me know when you think we should start to
   implement it. I would like to take this task.

As we agreed in IRC, please proceed with the implementation. Please
mark the corresponding task as STARTED.

I see that you have assigned the tasks of designing and writing the
unit tests for the module. Do you intend to do it yourself as you
write the code or shall I find someone to do that work?
