It appears that gnuradio-core/src/lib/gengen/
gr_sample_and_hold_XX.i.t
gr_sample_and_hold_XX.cc.t
gr_sample_and_hold_XX.h.t
are missing from the 3.1.1 tarball. So if you do a make clean and then a
make, you get an error.
