[Partysip-dev] Fwd: Could not load plugins

Hi everybody,
I compiled and installed oSIP and Partysip on a PC
with SUSE Linux with classic parametrs:

tar -xvizf libosip-0.9.1.tar.gz
mkdir bld-linux
CFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include/" ../configure
make
make install
 
tar -xvzf partysip-0.5.1.tar.gz
cd partysip.0.5.1
./configure --disable-debug --disable-trace
make
make install

Everything was OK, but running Partysip I receive this
error message:
ERROR: could not load plugins!
 
What can I do?
