GNU Parallel 20130720 alpha released

GNU Parallel 20130720 alpha has been released. It is available for
download at: http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/parallel/

Biggest changes:

--round-robin with --pipe will write all blocks to already running jobs.

--env can now transfer Bash function for remote execution.

Smaller changes:

If $HOME is undefined /tmp will be used as $HOME.

--joblog now works with --pipe.

"parallel my_cmd bar -J foo" is no longer treated the same as
"parallel -J foo my_cmd bar".

--load is adjusted, but it still is not optimal.

10second_install (wget -O - pi.dk/3 | bash) updated so it now works on:
