Hmm,...
It seems your setup is a bit screwed up.
Please remove all "freetype" dirs manually from "/usr/include" &
"/usr/local/include". Then reinstall the devel package "rpm -Uhv
freetype-devel --force".
I think there are headerfiles for freetype1 somewhere in your include
path.
