[paragui-users] SDL_AddTimer for the mac and pgtimerobject

well, i was sucessful in getting the SDL_AddTimer function working on the
mac, so anyone playing on the mac (haha.....haven't found many of you yet)
can now use it along with the pgtimerobject. I think that the SDL_AddTimer
can be found in the devel branch of SDL ....you are looking for the
SDL_timer.c file and that's it.
