I think the best solution here is for you to create your wiki. Create what you think showcases Paparazzi the best. When you are done the Paparazzi Dev team will take a non biased look at it. If it is better than the current site, and contains all the information on the current wiki, then maybe Pierre-Selim woud be willing to move your wiki onto the ENAC server.
Now you may ask, "why all the work if no one is going to use it?" Isnt that what every developer at ENAC does when they write code. They write code not knowing if it gets used or not, or if people even care, yet they do it because of a need, or maybe a bug :). Good luck!
