Thank you, Duncan - that fixed it! Ignored threads are now shown.
BTW, how can one un-ignore threads? Consider the following hypothetical
scenario:
Say one has a few dozen ignored threads (if not more) and would like to
un-ignore just one specific thread previously ignored by mistake. Having
Pan match scores of -9999 would show all the ignored threads so
potentially a lot of undesired spam, which means being able to un-ignore
the thread(s) one is after and then disabling the 'match -9999 score'
option would be great to declutter the headers pane!
