As I said I got the code, build it and ran it, admittedly in a virtual
machine as I was on my dev box and I cant just go installing anything on
it, but TBH I cant see that the VM would cause any other problems... it
never has before.

I just got the same 'entry point not found/freeaddrinfo' error as all the
other cvs code used to do.
