[Pan-users] Pan for Windows: Unable to Locate Component

Pan was working fine on my windows machine untill I wanted to install 
GIMP, which required a newer version of the GTK, which now results in 
Pan giving the following on startup:

"This application has failed to start because libintl-1.dll was not 
found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Has this DLL been removed in newer GTK builds?
