Your original article had an "ALL" instead of "ANY".  You'll have to fix
that one before anything will work.

1) Create the Filter.

2) Create a Rule ("Tools->Rules") and check the 
   "Apply to incoming" check-box:

   * In the "Newsgroups" pane, choose the group or groups
     to which you wish apply your filter;
   * In the "Filters" pane, select the filter you just created;
   * In the "Actions" pane, select "Delete article";
   * Click the [OK] button.

3) Press the "Apply to Subscribed Groups" and/or 
   "Apply to Selected Groups" if you want to apply
   the new rule/filter to existing articles.
