Erm... Well, I didn't do an "autogen.sh step" so I guess I'll look into
that since I don't know what it is. The INSTALL file just said to do
a "./configure; make; make install" unless I missed it.

I did do the "./configure --help" to look for any pcre settings and since
I didn't find any I did the "./configure --with-pcre=/usr/local/lib"
anyway but it didn't work.
