OK, here are the steps I would use.
1. create a ne folder in pan to store the message parts. Use File->New Folder . 2. select the articles you want to put into the folder. Right click on them and choose Copy to Folder. Then just choose the folder you created. Repeat for each server until you have all the parts. 3. in the groups pane or tab use the drop down box to switch to folder view. Choose the folder you created. 4. if you have all the parts and pan shows a green puzzle piece just decode as you normally would. Otherwise you need to select all the parts then File->Manual Decode.

I think there was a time when pan had problems detecting binaries in folders but I think it was fixed. Either way you should be able to decode your file now. I've never actually needed to use manual decode so I don't know if there is another step.
