[Pan-users] UTF8 Problem

Hi Charles, and other Pan users...
I really like Pan, to me it's the best newsreader around, I really like 
its filter features and rules. Sure there are some bugs (where can we post 
bug reports ?) but it is a very good program.

Now I wonder... Anybody knows how I can correct my UTF-8 problem? 
Sometimes when I read someone's post, I have strange characters in the 
post.

I'm using Pan for Windows.

I have read also a french translation is available but don't know where...
