Don't know how Slackware packages these (why would it be anything but the
whole package?), but you could use use www.rpmfind.net to see what the
equivalent rpm package contains.

Your intltool package appears to be incomplete. You're missing the definition
for AC_PROG_INTLTOOL, which (on my RH9) is in /usr/share/aclocal/intltool.m4
