I found the bug. It's in file-headers.c : file_headers_load_group_01409
. When g_io_channel reads in a blank line on Windows it retreives *2*
characters and puts them into the string. The set_string_from_next_line
macro is only removing one of them so you have an invalid article when
their are no references.
