[Pan-users] rules don't match articles

Hi,

Since switching to 0.13.3, some rules don't work for me.  I have a rule
to match articles that I post or which matches words in the subject.
I've set this to "show alert" and "watch thread" but when getting new
headers which includes some matches, the popup does not appear and the
articles don't get marked as watched.  In the log window, there's no
indication that pan found matches.

This was working fine for me in 0.13.2.  I tried recreating the rule
but it does not help.  Does this happen to anyone else?  Other than
this, 0.13.3 works much better for me than 0.13.2.
