Simply adding

deb http://people.debian.org/~boll sid main

to /etc/apt/sources.list (and doing an apt-get update) should make the
packages available through apt. Bugs should (until further notice) be
reported directly to me.

Here's the subject and date headers from his mail, if you need to track it
down on your system... The archive may be a bit behind, or something,
especially since that was a Saturday..

Subject: [Pan-users] pan beta releases available as Debian packages

As this Mandrake user understands Debian and that mail, I don't think he's
doing CVS debs, but rather, the latest release release, in this case beta
0.13.2.93, but even if it was full release (non-beta), it would still go into
the unstable branch of Debian, and since these aren't official, yet, that's
further qualified with unofficial/beta, as in the original mail. However,
that's not QUITE to the degree of CVS unstable.
