Hmm, it still don't build over here on RH6.2 with gtk2 and gtkspell etc,
configures fine, but I get this message when building:

`bind_textdomain_codeset'

I'd be grateful if anyone could suggest a fix (not installing a later 
version of RH).  I think there's a library missing that "configure" 
doesn't warn about properly.  

When trying to build 0.13.2 I was getting a particular error message and 
that particular problem was solved by installing gtkspell (though
configure said it was disabled), but still ended up getting this same 
error message when building.
