I understand. It does the same as a spam-filter, but in this way you can
see what was filtered because of Spam and what because of it was send by
a Bozo.
I allready put someone in Spam, because he send everyday the same
message about a hundred times to the newsgroup. But I could also have
put him in the Bozo filter.
