[Pan-users] Pan 0.12.90 bug - character encoding in followups

There seems to be a problem with character encoding. In the original post i 
had the string

60!C
(with the '!' == the symbol for degrees, i can't type it on this keyboard, 
qwerty)

When I hit F to followup, i get this

=?iso-8859-1?b?NjWwQw==?=

for the same string.

I made a screenshot. Original post is in the background to the left, followup 
to the right.
