        I think just a blue "e" would be appropriate, no need for "U" to 
indicate Usenet, because that's Pan's main purpose.  I know many 
languages just use the English term, "e-mail" instead of translating 
it, so lots of people would have no problem with that... and for some 
reason (IBM, perhaps?) blue seems to be the accepted color of e-mail. 
There's a question for your local philosopher!  ;)
