[Pan-users] 0.12 keyboard shortcuts draft (Was: New features)

http://pan.rebelbase.com/shortcuts.html is a draft for 0.12's keyboard
shortcuts, as per the selection issues brought up yesterday in Pan-users.

This is essentially 0.11.92 synced with the Gnome Human Interface Guidelines
at http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/draft_hig/keyboard.html.
The purple cells on http://pan.rebelbase.com/shortcuts.html are the ones
suggested by the Gnome HiG, so I've had to bump a couple of Pan's old
shortcuts around to make room.
