[Pan-devel] Score column incorrectly rendered

The score column doesn't use the prefs when the score is between -1 and
-4999. The following patch fixes this:

Of course, triggering at -5000 may have been intentional, in which case
the text in prefs.cc should be changed ("Scores from -9998 to -1:").
